I'm very happy with this purchase. This is actually the 2nd one I bought. I use it for my grandma who has dementia so I can keep an eye on her. I work from home so making sure I have visuals of her in the house is helpful. I put the first one I bought in our room and this second monitor is in my kitchen/ living room area.
Company contacted me and offered a replacement product or refund without returning the product. They were very prompt with the refund. Will continue to use this company in the future. Liked this monitor a lot. We have probably 5 or 6 cameras bc we have had to order new monitors to replace ones that got ruined.
