I've had this portable A/C model for two summers now, and I can confirm that it's still performing very well without any issues. I live in a top floor apartment with a south-facing living room so needless to say,
So, I originally ordered 2 of these. When they arrived, one worked great, but the other one was leaking all of its coolant fluid out of it. The box was all torn up and there was a spot where the outer plastic cover of the unit was crushed or punctured. The replacement came and was also leaking all of its coolant out... actually it was in worse condition. Finally, the replacement for the replacement came and it was in perfect condition; no leaks, no scratches, no issues.
