So far it works great and the design is sleek and functional. The settings are simple to use. I haven’t used the remote or WiFi yet but I don’t really need them because the temperature stays where I set it. It’s in the bedroom and is quiet enough that I can fall asleep easily. I was not familiar with this brand but I took a chance based on the great customer reviews and I’m glad that I did. I recommend it.
I had to return the first ac because it did not get cold at all. It was a pain, but I eventually got a replacement and they didn’t make me send it back because it would have been costly.
