The K2 Plus is a large-format, high-performance FDM (fused deposition modeling) 3D printer designed for both standard and engineering plastics. It supports a wide variety of materials (PLA, ABS, PETG, carbon-fiber blends, ASA, PPA-CF, etc.) and can run at high temperatures and high speeds. With the optional CFS (Continuous Filament System), it can manage multiple filaments — enabling multi-color or multi-material prints (up to 16 colors).

Print Volume and Use Case: Its large build volume (≈ 350 × 350 × 350 mm / 13.78″³) suits big parts — good for functional prototypes, large models, or engineering parts.
Material Versatility & Temperature Requirements: If you plan to work with high-temp or engineering-grade filaments (e.g. ABS, carbon-fiber filled, ASA, PPA-CF), the printer’s high-temp extruder and heated chamber are very beneficial.
Speed vs. Reliability Tradeoff: It’s capable of very high print speeds (up to 600 mm/s, with high acceleration). That’s great for speed — but high-speed printing can sometimes require tuning for quality and reliability.
Accessories & Multi-Color Functionality: For multi-color printing you’ll need the CFS system (not always included), which is an extra consideration for budget and setup.
Maintenance & Material Handling: High-temp, high-flow printing and possibly abrasive filaments (e.g. carbon-fiber) require more maintenance: hardened steel gears/nozzle help, but wear and calibration can still matter.
With the optional filament management system (CFS), the printer can handle multiple filaments at once — enabling up to 16-color prints. This greatly reduces the need for post-printing painting or assembly for multi-color models. The K2 Plus offers a hotend capable of high temperatures (for engineering filaments), plus an actively heated build chamber (up to ~60 °C), which helps with adhesion and print stability when using materials like ABS, ASA, carbon-fiber blends, PPA-CF, etc.
These factors represent the most critical aspects that will impact your satisfaction with this product.
Updated, back to 5 stars. Initially this thing was awesome. Then I discovered my bed was slightly warped after the initial test print.
Der Drucker war relativ schnell Aufgebaut , gab keinerlei Probleme.Das einzigste was ich sehr negativ finde das der Hotendlüfter gleich beim anschalten an ist und unfassbar Laut ist. Sonst super Drucke out of the Box.
