I went for the wireless D7W version of the XTool (wifi connectivity is fabulous and isn't available on any other scan tools in the similar price range). The bi-directional functions this D7W offers are incredibly useful and helped me diagnose and repair three vehicles in the three weeks I've owned this (I'm not a professional mechanic but pretend to be one on weekends).
