I bought this for my younger kids for Christmas gifts. I was afraid of it being cheaply made and hard to control. We have purchased a different quad copter before(different brand) and could never get it to fly stable. It’s currently in its box on the top shelf collecting dust. After reading the reviews on this Holy Stone HS190...I thought of giving the drone world another chance. Having it fold nicely in the controller is a bonus...protecting it front accidental breaking from stepping on when left on the bedroom floor.
UPDATED: The company was kind enough to send me a similar but different drone for our troubles. We really appreciate the attentive customer service. I will be sure to review the new drone over there. Like I said, we really like their drones (except when they fly away) and they’re customer service is great and responsive!
