The lift deflated on my old office chair, so I upgraded to this one. It is very nice, and makes me realize how uncomfortable my old chair actually was. The build quality on this is very nice. The legs are sturdy, and all of the pieces attach with sturdy hex bolts. The hardware was packaged in a nice blister-pack and included 2 hex keys and a set of extra bolts. The instructions were very detailed and this came together quickly.
