The MSI Gaming GeForce RTX 3060 has been a rock-solid performer in my build. Installation was simple—slid right into the PCIe slot, and the included software made dialing in fan curves and performance profiles straightforward. I appreciate MSI’s Twin Fan design; the card runs remarkably cool even under load, and the fans stay whisper quiet during everyday use.
I run a version of Linux and while I love my AMD card, and despite having very good GPU compute benchmarks, it is a pain to get ROCM working and many CUDA programs do not support it directly or indirectly. I'm stuck using either OpenCL or PyTorch for ROCM.
