Worked right out of the box. Much better than my older QC-35 Bose headphones, which were also wireless (believe they were a 2016 model.) The newer Bose app (I got it on the Android Play store) downloaded no problem. Connection was fast and easy to my new tablet. Sound quality is very pleasing. Maybe not audiophile quality, but more than good enough for my "old ears." Noise cancelling is vastly superior to the older QC-35. Lightweight, too. At Amazon's low price, this is an excellent deal.
Great headphones. They are pricey but they are quality you can rely on. Great sound quality, and great comfort. I travel for work a lot, and these headphones are great for listening to movies or music while on the plane. Even when there are fussy children on the plane, the noise cancelling is perfect.
