When I took delivery of my device it was in pristine condition with a battery health of 86%. Phone was unlocked and not iCloud locked or anything. Battery was replaced with a genuine apple battery for a 100% capacity which was amazing! Cosmetically the phone was 9/10. Some scratches around the glass but not at all noticeable. Back and frame were pristine! Phone runs great with no issues and feels great in the hand. Would recommend
