The Poseidon D60 by ULTIMEA is built to give you a full 5.1 surround-sound experience in a relatively compact, user-friendly package. Instead of relying on your TV’s built-in speakers (which are typically weak and flat), this soundbar system adds a soundbar unit, two rear surround speakers, and a subwoofer — together recreating a home-theatre-style audio environment. Thanks to its support for Dolby Atmos and HDMI-eARC, it aims to deliver more precise spatial audio and cinematic depth suitable for movies, games, and immersive media.

Channel configuration and surround realism — whether the system provides true multi-channel surround (5.1) with discrete rear channels and subwoofer, which affects spatial imaging and depth.
Audio decoding and format support — support for advanced audio formats (e.g. Dolby Atmos) and high-bandwidth transmission (eARC) influences how faithfully the audio is reproduced.
Bass performance and low-frequency response — subwoofer size, driver design, and acoustic power affect how “full,” deep, and impactful the sound is — particularly for movies and music.
Speaker placement & room acoustics — good surround sound depends heavily on positioning of rear speakers and subwoofer, as well as room size/shape and listener location.
Flexibility and connectivity — ability to connect to different sources (TV, console, phone, streaming) and switch easily, plus adjustable settings to tailor sound for different content.
The Poseidon D60 is a true 5.1-channel system: it includes a soundbar (front channels), two wired surround speakers (rear channels), and a wireless subwoofer. This structure allows for discrete audio channels — meaning that ambient noises, directional effects (like footsteps behind you, background ambiance), and spatial audio cues should be placed around you, delivering a surround-sound experience rather than just stereo + bass.
These factors represent the most critical aspects that will impact your satisfaction with this product.
I'm not particularly sensitive to sound quality, and I have no complaints considering the price. It performs well for gaming, music, and movies. The app is simple and easy to use, and installation was hassle-free. If you're looking for an entry-level sound system, this could be a good choice.
I haven't bought a surround sound system before, I was skeptical of this because the price was pretty too good to be true. But I'm pleasantly surprised by the sound. I have a fairly large livingroom and it seems to took pretty well.
