The CC Vector Extended Long Range WiFi Receiver System is a long‑distance outdoor WiFi reception and repetition solution, designed to capture distant WiFi signals (up to approximately ½ mile, with a theoretical max of ~3 miles in ideal conditions) and create a new reliable WiFi network in a remote building or dead zone such as a barn, shop, office, or other outbuilding. The system includes a high‑gain directional parabolic antenna and internal unit that repeats the signal to standard WiFi devices.

The system includes a high‑gain directional parabolic antenna and internal unit that repeats the signal to standard WiFi devices.
Although the manufacturer claims up to ~3 miles maximum range under perfect line‑of‑sight conditions, real‑world distances are typically shorter due to obstacles like trees, buildings, or metal structures blocking signals.
Because the unit receives and retransmits the signal rather than providing direct connection from the original router, maximum available speeds will drop the farther the system is from the source, and performance may not be suitable for heavy bandwidth demands (like HD streaming).
The system needs outdoor mounting (mast/pole not included), and proper alignment with the source WiFi signal for best performance. Installation in challenging conditions may require basic tools and technical understanding.
Works with virtually all standard WiFi devices (smartphones, gaming consoles, laptops, smart TVs), though not designed for security camera signal extension in some cases.
Operates primarily on the 2.4 GHz WiFi band for long distances (with limited 5 GHz support for shorter ranges). 2.4 GHz travels farther but usually comes with lower peak speeds compared to 5 GHz.
Once the signal is captured by the external antenna, the internal CC Vector unit repeats a new WiFi network that devices can connect to reliably, providing internet access in places where the original signal was too weak. The repeater works with a broad range of WiFi‑enabled devices including consoles, laptops, phones, smart TVs, etc. Two Ethernet ports are also available for wired connections.
These factors represent the most critical aspects that will impact your satisfaction with this product.
APPLICATION/NEED: Secondary (permanent) residence on same property located approximately 100ft from primary residence needed WiFi access and we wanted to avoid paying for new service.
It is a Great Product, the truth offers what it promises... Now it is more designed for rural environments with good Line of View, If you have a good Line of View without Obstructions by Buildings, Houses Etc it will surely work for you, but if on the contrary there are many buildings in the line of sight.
